I had an appopintment set up with him for 8AM on october 1st. I was waiting until 8:25 and he still wasn't there so I called him. He accused me of screaming and yelling at him, even though I wasn't, and hung up on me. I tried to call him back and he wouldn't answer so I had my ex call him. He told my ex that he was out the night before partying and he had a hangover and that's why he wasn't there on time.
