The first time I took it, I was supposed to get an estimate and two weeks later just received a call saying it was ready for pickup $400 plus later. I paid it and just thought ok, whatever its fixed. Ran it for an hour on the lake to get stranded in the middle. brought it back and told them to call me when they had an estimate and what was wrong with it. After 2 and a half weeks, I called them and they told me that a reed had broken inside and it needed some parts but would call me the next day.
