By far one of the WORST companies I've ever had to deal with. A lot of their staff is incompetent and CLEARLY do not know what they are doing as they provide HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Every single time I would go in to make a payment or had a question/problem/inquiry would be met with hostility and annoyance. I cannot wait to pay off this car I am currently financing with them so I will never have to deal with them ever again. Worst of all is an employer by the name of "Lisseth" as I was advised at least.
