My 6 month old zero turn Cub Cadet mower needed the mowing deck replaced due to an unexpected object laying in 3' tall grass. I called Exit 122 outdoor equipment and I was assured they could get this deck fixed and ready to go in a week and a half. That was April 30, 2011, I waited did not hear anything, On May 9th I called, The sales manager told me the deck was on back order and would be in Fri. May 13, 2011. I called on Friday, sorry not in it will be here Monday. Monday not in looks like its on the truck. Called Tuesday not in was told it was shipping out
