I bought my first BMW at a dealership in Madison, WI. Had a great experience, test drove 4 or 5 models and was able to mull over exactly what I wanted over a couple of weeks. It was a quality and highly attentive experience that I was thoroughly impressed with. Then I moved to Memphis, TN, and started my relationship with Roadshow BMW... the polar opposite, evil twin of my other dealer.
