We had always groomed our dog at home and it was our first visit ot a groomer. Michele treated us so nice and explained how everything worked. She did a great job on Jake. He came home wagging his tail and I knew he felt great. I wish I knew her secret because he smelled great for weeks. Best part was I didn't have to clean the tub after bathing him at home. He was so funny, he loved his new bandana! Michele has a great personality and she took time to talk to us even though she was busy.
