I have used Gilliams (Williams) tree service twice and I was happy both times. Living out of state, they emailed photos of what was needed and of what was optional, allowing me to choose. They performed the work quickly and efficiently, and even sent photos of the finished work. They are members of the Better Business Bureau (few services in Kingsport are), and they treat customers like they were family too. I would gladly use them again if needed.
