This is one of those places that charges higher than normal rent, but you have to make less than 23k a year to live in. Some sort of tax breaks for the owner, or something similar. The real problem lies in getting anything done with these people. They took my $300 deposit to hold the apartment while waiting on a credit check, and it has since been 3 weeks. I have called their office multiple times with no answer, and no call back. Apparently they also have an answering service for the off hours, and even they said; "I don't know why they aren't answering
