HomeAway Extended Stay Studios offers studio guestrooms with either two double beds or one king size bed and are equal in room size of over 300 square feet. Two Room Suites:HomeAway Extended Stay Studios also has 24 luxurious two room suites featuring amenities for both overnight travelers and our extended stay guest.Featuring over 450 square feet including a living room, full kitchen area with eat in bar area, his and hers closets, separate HVAC units in living room and bedroom area, sleeper sofa, work area, and king size beds.HomeAway Extended Stay Studios two room suites are ideal for family travelers or can be the perfect suite for those who are away from home for long periods of time. All guest studios provide internet connections as long as the guest has an ethernet cable; suites however are wireless. Each room has T.V. with premium cable service, free local phone calls and combination work and dining tables. Fully-equipped kitchens with a full size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and coffee-maker are a part of each studio. CASH OR CREDIT CARD ----Weekly rates are $195.00 and up. Weekly guests will be charged one week's room and tax upon arrival. You may choose to stay longer, if so your agreement renews and payment of one week's room and tax is due by 11:00am on the weekly anniversary of your check-in day. Also, there is a $10.00 plus tax dollar extra person fee per person per room. Children under 18 are free. Guests checking out early during the first weekly term will be charged one of the lesser (1) the weekly rate or (2) the daily rate times the actual number of nights. A security deposit of $40.00 dollars is required for all guests no matter the length of their stay. Your security deposit is refundable after check out as long as your key cards and remote are returned to the front desk and there are no missing or damaged items in the room.
