This company recently replaced the store manager and customer service reps at this location. The new store manager Kimberley has the NASTIEST attitude! She doesnt speak when you enter the store and if she does speak its in a rude tone as if you're bothering her! If you are "1" day late making a payment she threatens to take you to court or repo your car! This location has taken a turn for the worst. I would NOT recommend this company or location to anyone until they hire individuals who have people skills! Disappointed:( Customer since 2009-2013. Pay
