This is the first time I used Cartridge World (CW) as I have always used HP (Hewlett Packard) products. I exchanged my HP empty cartridges and bought 2 refills at CW. I put one of the CW cartridges in the printer and it was damaged, it only printed the bottom half of each line of text so I could not read any of the print on the page. I put the 2nd cartridge in the printer and received only blank pages, it did not work at all. I took both of them back to Cartridge World told them both of the cartridges malfunctioned or were damaged. The clerk weighed both of t
