I have use this accounting firm for 2 years in the row and finally decided to switch CPA. The staff at Stephen Wan associate does not response to emails or phone calls. I have to keep calling them 4 to 5 times and finally show up at their door steps for them to start my tax. It took them for ever long to finish my return and I almost barely make it to the deadline. This happened 2 yrs in the row. I am very disappointed at their service. You might also ended up paying extra for the miskate they made on your return as well.
