I moved here in 2011, Veronica is so sweet. I've never had a problem except my neighbors would sometime sit on the steps smoking...not even being considerate of those that hate smoke. But I recently ran into a problem with maintenance here. My house is freezing cold because my Windows need sealing so bad the wind from outside is blowing my curtains! My son and I have been sick for weeks because it's always so cold in the house. My electric bill has shot up to $160 because of this problem also. I've reported this problem numerous of times, it has yet to be fixe
