My experience with Watkins was an amazing one. When one of my doors stopped working I considered calling a big company or Home Depot, Lowe's, etc., but decided to give a local company the call. Boy, am I glad I did! Not only did Watkins show up within 15 minutes of me calling, then quote me a price for a new gear set (rather than rip me off by trying to sell me a new unit), they also went above and beyond the call of service by doing simple things such as cleaning sensors, re-attaching a loose remote to my wall, and doing other general mainten
