I started renting from Huntington Place in February 2011. The office staff was always helpful with any of my requests. I never waited longer than an hour after placing a maintenance call (once my toilet needed a new chain and another time I just couldn't figure out how to open a window). The location is awesome! Earthfare, Ace Hardware and Kroger are all within walking distance, as well as several other restaurants and specialty stores.
