I would not recommend using Agra Products. This business is sure to go under in the near future. The owner is very rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. She is undoubtedly the most unprofessional person I have met in my time in Knoxville, all other business encounters here have went well, but this was an exception. This woman treated my associates like children when they called to speak with her, and then when I called her personally she told me what to do instead of asking about my needs. Terrible business with bad practices and just plain bad people.
