I have gone to Dr. Daniel Carroll for over 20 yrs. He is the most caring, concerned, and attentive doctor I have ever heard of. If it ails you.....he goes all out to relieve the symptoms and find a solution to the problem. He doesn't rush you, he is always smiling and is worth his weight in gold.....unfortunately, they may not be taking new patients....he is on West Sevier Ave in Kingsport, TN now.
