Review
Shady Oaks is the worst trailer park that I have ever had the displeasure to live in. I lived there when the May 2010 flood came and everyone there lost everything that they owned, yet they had people come in and steal your belongs, even though they gave you 30 days to move everything out of your place. This is not the first flood that caused this kind of damages, because there was one in 1987, and the same thing happened to those people as happened to us , and to really top it off, THESE ARE THE SAME TRAILERS THAT WERE AVALIABLE TO PEOPLE IN THE 1987 FLOOD.
