09/15/2008 I received a dozen roses and within 2 days they were dropping petals. When I called to explain the situation I was told that it was my fault for not changing the water when I received the flowers. I explained that I was not a florist and there were no instructions to change the water. I was told that they never send instructions. When I said that I would not be buying flowers from Carters in the future, I was told that I'd never bought them there before. The poor quality of the product was rivaled only by the poor quality of the customer service.
