Upon calling Financial Accounts Services Team (F.A.S.T.) on behalf of my daughter, a debtor, trying to remedy a collection placed on her by her doctor. I was not disputing her debt, but trying to help her after I was made aware of the situation and they were given authorization to speak with me, her collector refused to give me information so I contacted the doctor’s office who said the account could be paid at their office and they would contact the collection agency once paid.
