They wouldn%u2019t honor a manufacturer warranty and tried to charge us $355.00 for a pump that should have been free. The sewer pump failed at our home in Livingston. It cost $225 to have the septic tank pumped due to this failed pump. ABB had installed the pump 11 months earlier with the home%u2019s previous owner, so we called them to look at the problem. Remembering there had been a manufacturer warranty on the broken pump that transferred to us when we bought the house, we asked Sam, ABB%u2019s owner we think, about that and he said he%u2019d go research it
