When I called about buying a chain breaker, the gentleman who answered asked all the right questions. Those questions being what size a chain and how often I was going to be using the chain breaker. Upon finding out I was a private individual they offered to break the chain for me. The chain breaker they used had a list price $10 less then I could find on the internet. They are also honest about what they do, and do not know.
