I was automatically billed the first of every month and paid on time for almost 3 years with this company. I began to have service problems in the end of march and they we reluctant to provide service call to repair my issues until the middle of April. This service call couldn't even be completed because they didn't bring replacement equipment so after I took two hours off work they left with the same issues. I was asked to re-schedule meanwhile I was charged for all of April and then may as it was then may the 10th before they would re-schedule the service call. They
