I waited two and a half hours to make a purchase. I understand that it is the holidays But there was only two employees working one was answering the phone while trying to take care of customers. I stood there and counted the money that the company recieved and I know that they could have used another terminal and at least two or three more people to handle the customers. After we were home the games that we bought one did not work soooooo I have to go back to the very unpleasant service that I had to deal with today and go back tomarrow.
