I diffidently am dissatisfied with service rendered from Cardozas auto. He literally had knowledge of a defective product in the past with one of his venders and still took their chances on installing it onto my vehicle without my permission thus vehicle leaving me stranded on the hwy. Ryan took his word back and didn't want to accept responsible and wanted to charge me an additional $ 500.00 for a factory part. he also didnt want give any refunds for defective part nor took any consideration of time lost at work and towing fees.
