I bought a dress online that I'd ordered last minute for a wedding in Puerto Rico. When it came it didn't fit! I ran to my dry cleaners (who were just down the street)for an opinion and the lady wanted over $100 just to add an inch around the bust (it was a strapless dress from J. Crew and the bust was too small but the waist was fine). I told her thanks but if I was going to pay that much I'd rather go to QUALITY TAILOR, who I always ask to alter my clothes. She and her partner completely opened my dress, added boning for support, tailored it to fit me like a glove around
