Trying to get standard of care at El Buen Samaritano is not easy. Laws are put in place to protect the physician and the patient and that is called the Patient's Bill of Rights. Out of the 8 sections in the bill, they fall short on no. IV, V, VI and VII. I saw three doctors there because they were in the hiring process of a permanent in-house physican. The first doctor was very professional, the second is a walking law suit.
