I booked this limo as a surprise for my wedding anniversary and it never showed up. I called Dave to find out what the deal was and his reply, and I quote, "was that today?" I of course expected the refund that we had discussed and instead I opened my bill to find TWO SEPARATE CHARGES, both made on the same day, FOR A SERVICE I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED! I called to complain and demand a full refund and his reply was, again I quote, "you'll have to call your credit card company then, my dear", and then he promptly hung up on me. STEER CLEAR OF PS LIMO SERVICE unless you want to
