I used Google to search for balloon rides. I found "Dallas Hot Air Balloons" phone number 1-800-335-9257. I would never use them again because your purchase is non-refundable and you can not pick your vendor. They have all the control. The balloon company listed "Airventure Balloonport" in Plano Texas always cancelled the flight on me. Three different times and three months trying. It was a Birthday present for the wife. Bad choice! The last time I tried was a sunrise trip. Cancelled due to wind conditions. I checked several different websites for wind speeds. T
