Nice people on the phone but when I got there my dog was taken and I was not allowed to see where she was placed or the grooming room. Still don't know why I accepted a flimsy excuse but when I came back 4 hours later, the place reeked like a bad kennel (still trying to get the smell out of my nose), and was again not allowed in the grooming area. Took a peek around the corner and saw stacks of portable kennels, against the wall. OMG! I wondered all the way home how dirty they must be and germy.
