Contacted this company to refurbish a vintage sign.After receiving a quote to have electrical componets replaced I agreed to the proposal. Wanted 50% of fee up front to purchase material,which I reluctantly agreed too. Technition showed up 1st day( a subcontractor which had also given an estimate after three no-shows)and informed me that he had the wrong materials.He came back a few days later to repair the sign and did not have bulbs or the photo electric eye with him.
