Purchased $2400 worth of silk flowers for a wedding in August, 2008. Within one hour bridal bouquet fell apart. Photos available as proof. Sent it back to Angel's Accents as instructed on September 2, 2008. They claim box was damaged by UPS. Never filed a claim or provided photos of damage so that I could file a claim. They still state they will repair bouquet. Five months later, still no bouquet, after promises of mid October and then end of December. Sent certified letter to owner (Angel) in January. No response.
