These apts are 1-story 4-plexes. It feels like I am in a "village" rather than a complex. The units include handicapped features. They are spacious and well-mainted, with nice landscaping. Weekly games, monthly pot-lucks, etc. in the club room. Also, the walls are quite sound-proof!
