I called to have them come look at my A/C unit that wasn't working. He was rude while he was at my house and then he said he would be back in two days, and he would call before he came. I took the day off work to wait on them. They never called or came by. This company lacks integrity. They aren't BBB accredited, and they don't deserve to be considered a better business.
