CPR was the worst service I have ever received. The first time they came out I didn%u2019t hear back in a couple of days and called to check on the status and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I guess he hadn%u2019t been through his customer service training. The part got ordered and the guy who came out and fixed the microwave was very friendly and all was good. After three weeks the part messed up again so they were sent back out. I thought they would just reorder and save me some time on taking off work again but they insisted they needed to come out
