The staffmember that was assigned to our auto loan was unprofessional person I would be embarrassed to say that she worked for my company. I was going to be late on my payment so on the second day of the month i called to let her beaware of this and to give her the date that i would make a payment (The 9th) On the 3rd of the month this lady called and left a nasty message referring to the payment (as though the conversation we had the day before hadnt taken place.
