I was referred to a stylist @ Blondies Salon, by a good friend who has seen this stylist for yrs. When I called to schedule my appointment I was told that stylist wasn't taking new clients but I could get an appoinment w/ 1 of the salon owners, SHIRLEY Bruce... Who supposedly had yrs of experience & was a color expert! I just wanted a simple root touch-up and haircut! From the time I walked in the door I did not feel welcome... I sat & waited 20min's...
