I had a recent problem with the Forest Shadows Pet Resort regarding their policies on required vaccinations. On May 11, 2009, I took my dogs for grooming and gave them the updated vaccination record. I asked if everything was in order. I was told that their Bordatella needed to be updated. I looked at the vaccination history and saw that their Bordatella was good until September 5, 2009. "Why?", I asked. "Because it is our policy, every 6 months." I asked, "what gives you the right to mandate additional vaccinations?" "That's OUR policy." I further asked, "so if I had a fam
