I bought an old house in the neighborhood of Jackson Heights and contracted with Rafi to complete my 4 story brown stone renovations. Under the best of circumstances, this project could have been a major nightmare. His team was exceptional and the project went very smoothly. Rafi was very fair in his pricing, client oriented and his eye for detail set him apart from the average contractor.
