We were purchasing food for our 16 year old Red Tail Boa for about a year plus from this establishment. We're novice snake owners, not pro's, so we trusted them; as a result our Red Tail Boa became violently ill. They knew the proper size required and that we expect fresh frozen. On our last visit we got 2 feeders which were tightly wrapped separately, in the same bag; (we now know why). One was as expected and the other being bigger and a bit more dirty than usual.
