Review
They need to change the name because otto is about all they know about cars. If you use them, you'll find they use the trial and error method of problem diagnosis. If they think the flummox valve is broken they'll replace the flummox vale and see if it works, if it does, you're all set, if not you get to pay for the next most probable part replacement, and so on and so forth until either the car works again OR all your money is gone. Trust me, every time I went there they damaged more things than they fixed. Fool me once etc.
