I went here in summer 2011 and paid upfront for my service. When I got my second bill several months later, they tacked on over 200 dollars in fees and bullshit services. Do not go Ross Medical Associates, they are a scam. There are other urgent care centers nearby, and I believe one is even in the same plaza. Take your business elsewhere, these scumbags don't deserve your hard earned money. The worst part is when I called in to complain - the secretary actually admitted to misleading me! Bring your business elsewhere!!!
