Very bad business. On Dec 6, 2010 I contacted Douglas Realty about a property in Bay St. Louis. By December 23rd I had paid the deposit of $725 and rent for January of $725. On January 19, 2011 I received a notice telling me the house was foreclosed on and to contact MATRIX LAND 1 LLC about future living arrangements. I meet with them and Brad Erickson tells me we arent in the business of renting - either buy or get out. NOW Douglas Realty is sorry but cant help me get my money back.
