Best Value is not located at 200 W. Douglas. I was just there a few minutes ago. If you are looking for unacceptable trash service, then this is the trash company for you. Their rates go up every three months, they do not give you an option of whether to have a small trash can or a large one, your trash may be picked up on your scheduled trash day (if you are lucky that week), or it may not be picked up at all. The only way to contact this company is by phone from approximately 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. You either have to pay your bill through reg
