I ordered materials from sciencelab.com and they sent me a email to say that some UNSPECIFIED items on my order were back order. I waited for 4 months and never heard from them. I poked them, and they told me that most expensive portion of my order was holding it up. I asked that they cancel that and send me the cheap stuff. I received some liquid chemicals in half-empty shampoo bottles that were either misidentified or degraded beyond recognition. They never refunded me the money.
