After reading several websites reviews I was slightly leary but I must say that anything negative that you see about this place is wrong. The day I moved in the Orkin man was there and I overheard him say how he hasn't ever seen an apartment complex that is so well protected against bugs. There are at least three thibodaux police officers that live in the complex and two paramedics as well. Neighbors are very quite and respectful. The only noise I ever hear is the occasional kids playing around but that is rare to begin with. The staff in the office are amazing people and
