Hiring KRS, LLC to manage renting my home after I moved out of state is one of the biggest regrets of my life. They are completely unprofessional and trying to get in contact with them is a herculean task. After getting a tenant who paid 5 months up front, we only saw a couple hundred dollars after that and they failed to evict the tenant after months of this. Also, even after receiving a writ in our favor for money owed against the tenants, nothing has been done to collect the money. I wish I didn't have to leave any stars at all on this review.
