Argent Communications has had problems with the quality of their product from their purchase date of HN and they have not improved the quality from that date till this (12-30-10) as well the service is the poorest I have ever been exposed to. This week has been a prime example; service goes out and when this outage is called in they fix the problem for two or three hours, right around 4:00pm the service begins to deteriorate and by 5:30pm there is no sound and the picture is unrecognizable, the next day this starts all over again and ends the same way.
