my altima was towed by this company i didnt agree with the tow but it was the security that had it towed when i called to find out how to get my car back the guy that i talked to was very nice he even told me that getting my car out before 8am would cost me $100 more and it was 3am so waiting till 8am was my best bet and to me that was cool cause he didnt have to tell me that and i would of pick up my car right away spending an extra $100 when i went to get my car that morning they were very friendly and answered all my questions i wasnt happy getting my car towed
