Not even called Atlas anymore. Now called Empire Locksmith. Changed quote after starting job. Did not honor quote on phone. Technician was unprofessional. Owner would not compromise since job was paid in cash. Never pay cash as that is a sign of a job completed and they do not come back to rectify your complaint. They felt the job was done properly and it was not as quoted. They played around and around with words to justify their behavior. BUYER BEWARE!
